Regent Consulting, LLC is a single-member limited liability company founded by Dondi Staunton that provides professional coaching and consulting services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. The firm is committed to delivering practical, client-centered solutions with professionalism, integrity, and excellence.

As the owner and principal consultant, Ms. Staunton brings more than 26 years of federal leadership experience in strategic planning, project management, business operations, contracting, financial management, and organizational improvement. She is recognized for her expertise in process improvement, problem-solving, and executive coaching.

Ms. Staunton currently serves in a senior leadership role with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), where she leads teams responsible for business operations, quality adjudication reviews, and data analysis. She previously held leadership positions at USCIS and the U.S. Department of Commerce, overseeing strategic planning, budgeting, contracting, performance management, and operational excellence. She has also served on multiple Presidential Transition teams and has extensive experience in acquisitions, grants administration, auditing, and organizational oversight.

In addition to her federal service, Ms. Staunton provides professional coaching to federal and private-sector clients. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Bethany Christian Services, reflecting her commitment to leadership, service, and community impact.
